My condolences to all of Dajen's family and friends. I remember the last time I saw him, he was a teenager. He was always outgoing, friendly, entertaining, wanted to please people, and a little different. This difference made him special- original. We will deeply miss you, young man. May good memories continue for all.

Dearest Jenny, David and Cigi,
Our hearts are heavy with tears and sadness at this time of such deep heartwrenching sorrow. We wish we could be with you to hold you and help take some of your burden off your shoulders.
We will always remember Dajen's quick wit, and huge grin, with his face lighting up like the sun was shining behind it. A light turned off here on earth and another light turned on in the heavens for us to look up at at night. The evening sky shines a bit brighter now.
There are no words, no sentiment, no display of emotion or affection that will assuage your grief, this we know, but, time will help it subside, bit by bit.
You are in our thoughts, in our hearts and we send all of our love to you now, and always, to help you in your grief.
With our deepest condolences and love,
David, Lucie, and Bryan Winchell and Jacob and Jade

Grief expressed out loud for someone we have lost is itself the greatest praise we could ever give them. Grief is praise because it is the natural way love honors what it misses. Grief is the last act of love we can give to those we loved.
