Ruth C. Brown

Ruth C. Brown, 94, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City. She was predeceased by three husbands, Clifford Howard, John B. Cummings, Bert Brown and by son, Jack Cummings. Ruth is survived by two daughters, Joanne Hinds and Sharon Cline; brother and sister-in-law, Francis and Maxine Robinson and many grandchildren. Ruth retired from New York Telephone after many years of service. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Charles Dietrich.
