Rosemary Baker, 73, of Marathon, passed away peacefully at home with her husband and daughter by her side on Saturday, April 11, 2020. She was predeceased by her son, V. Scott Baker on April 25, 1988. Rosemary is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, James E. Baker; daughter, Kimberly A. Pipher both of Marathon; brother, Oscar Barnhart of Owego; sister, Charlotte Armstrong of Newark Valley. Rosemary was loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was very devoted to her family and her God, Jehovah. Through out her life she was always comforted by bible verse Isiah 41:13 For I, Jehovah your God, am grasping your right hand. The one saying to you, “Do not be afraid. I will help you.”
