Mary Lou Wiser Obituary
April 5, 1939 – June 27, 2014


Mary Lou Wiser, 75, of Castle Creek, New York passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on June 27, 2014.  She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Harold Wiser; four daughters, Julie and Ricky Scott and Jane and David Lewis, both of Castle Creek, NY; Vicki and Timothy Ross of Whitney Point, NY; and Carrie and Kristopher Fox of Sullivan, WI; 13 grandchildren, Shanton, Casey, Danielle, A.J., Matt, Hope, Nate, Vince, Kara, Natasha, George, Charles, and Neil; and three great grandchildren, Evan, Austin, and Averi.  She is survived by three sisters, Dorothy Cron of Endwell, NY; Helen Osborne of Penn Yan, NY; and Carla Rider of Dundee, NY; and two brothers, Ricky and Eddie Kenerson of Penn Yan, NY; also many brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents, William Smith and Florence Osborne; sisters, Delores Smith and Beverly Hawley; and brothers, Billy Smith and Ron Smith.  She retired from BOCES after many years of service as a Special Education Teacher’s Aide at Chenango Valley and Chenango Forks School Districts.  She was a longstanding member of Castle Creek Baptist Church.  She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. The family will receive friends at the Nichols Funeral Home 7323 119th St. Whitney Point, NY 13862 Tuesday July 1, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 2, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Nichols Funeral Home.
