Margaret D. Pendell

Margaret D. Pendell, 86, of Lisle passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, August 19, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband, Orrin "Oz" Pendell; parents, Joseph and Helen Driscoll; brother, Jim Driscoll and sister, Frances Haislip. Margaret is survived by her children, Mary Beth Heath, Judy (Mike) Pendell-McKee, Joe (Diane) Pendell, Gerry (Barb) Pendell, Tressa (Doug) Smith, Lori (Brent) Cornell and her sister, Mary Bieber. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who fondly called her Grandma "WOW". Margaret was a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, nurse and Girl Scout Leader. She was her children's number 1 fan and a hero to all of her grandchildren. She was devoted to her family and her faith. She had a keen sense of humor and a heart of gold. Her smile could light up a room and her generosity was endless. A Funeral Mass will be held 3:00pm Wednesday, August 23 at St. Patrick's Church, 59 Keibel Rd, Whitney Point, NY 13862. Burial will follow at Center Lisle Cemetery.
