Joan L. Parkes

Joan L. Parkes, 87, of Whitney Point, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020. She was predeceased by her son, Danny “Moonbeam” Fallon and by her grandson, Corky R. Brink. Joan is survived by her daughter, Nora Fallon and son, Ray J. Parkes Jr. both of Whitney Point and by  daughter, Lynn Clark of Johnson City; grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacey (Jessie), Colby, Alexis, Logan, Cameron, Callie, Tracy, Macholly, Amber and special friend, Ruthie Kowalewski. Joan was employed and retired from United Health Services Wilson Hospital and from Whitney Point Central School District. Donations in her memory may be made to Whitney Point School District 10 Keibel Road, Whitney Point, New York 13862. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Charles Dietrich.
