Jeanette J. Edwards

Jeanette J. Edwards (Burrows), 70, of Binghamton, originally from Whitney Point, passed away on April 22, 2018 at Susquehanna Nursing Home. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Robert Edwards Jr.; parents, Leon and Hilda (Peggy) Burrows; sister, Gloria Rounsville and brother, Glenn Burrows. Jeanette is survived by her children, Anne (Eileen), Thomas (Tina), Kurt (Sherry), Angela (Nick) and Melinda (Kyle); grandchildren, Allyssa, Roni-Mae, Nathaniel, Justin, Bianca and Cameron; great-grand son, Tucker; sisters, Bonnie and Cindy, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jeanette was a huge NASCAR fan and especially enjoyed cheering on Dale Earnhardt Jr. She also passionately cheered on the Yankees. Jeanette’s love for her family will live on forever through her children and grand-children. A memorial service will be held Sunday­­­ at 3:00 pm, at Nichols Funeral Home, 7323 119th Street, Whitney Point New York 13862. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
