of Lisle, N.Y.
Doris Eileen Lamb, 81, of Lisle, N.Y., passed away at Good Shepherd Village of Endwell, N.Y. on February 19, 2014. She was born in 1932 to the late DeLester and Mildred Ketchum.
She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years Albert H. Lamb in 2008, sister and brother-in-law Evelyn and Glen Hayes, brothers-in-law Robert Lamb, Edward Rozelle, and Lynn Parker, and sister-in-law Ruth Lamb.
She is survived by her brother Donald (Phyllis) Ketchum, sisters-in-law Anna Lamb, Betty Parker, and Gertrude Rozelle, three sons, Ken and Judy Lamb of Marathon, Tom and Nikki Lamb of Lisle, Tim and Christine Lamb of Binghamton, and daughter Cheryl Lamb of Vestal; 11 grandchildren, Michelle (Marty) Rood, Bryan Lamb, Matthew (Shannon) Lamb, Jennifer Lamb Bennedum, Jeffrey (Amy) Lamb, Amanda (Jethro) Henry, Jeanette Feeney, Alicia Lamb, Molly Feeney, Alexia Lamb, Michael Feeney; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was a dedicated stay-at-home Mom and housewife. She served for many years at the Lisle Free Library and substituted for the Whitney Point School District.
She enjoyed her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, reading, sewing, cross stitching, camping, activities with her stroke club friends, and traveling with Willamay.
