David P. Simpson, 37, of Endicott, went to be with his mother, Sandy Simpson Baxter on December 8, 2018. He is survived by his 3 children, Hailey, Madison and Aydan; other family and friends.”True story”: David was a strong willed and passionate son, brother, father and friend that made an everlasting impression on everyone he crossed paths with whether they liked them or not.
