Arlene Ostrander

It is with broken hearts that the Ostrander family announces the passing of their matriarch, Arlene Ostrander on  2/22/2022 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Bob; son, Terry; brother, "Red" Haist and sisters, Erva O'brien and Jessie Haist. Arlene is survived by her son, Chuck Ostrander; son and daughter in law, Danny and Ruth Ostrander; 2 grandchildren she adored, Kevin (Casey) Ostrander and Kellie (Eric) Simpson; 2 great grandsons, Robert Ostrander and Austin Simpson; cherished niece, Bonnie (Gerry) Novak and other many nieces and cousins. Arlene loved her family first and foremost, working on her flowers in summertime, going to Chuck's car shows and all things hummingbird.  A funeral service will be held 12:30 April 27 , 2022 at Nichols Funeral Home, 7323 119 Street, Whitney Point, NY 13862.
