Amy L. Knapp

Amy L. Knapp, 75, of Whitney Point passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014.  She was predeceased by her parents, Edgar (Doris) Balch and brother, Robert Balch. She is survived by three daughters; Kim (Jeff) Joslin, Jodi (James) Ross, Vicky (David) Theleman, four grandchildren; Jeffrey Joslin, McKay Ross, Amanda and Karli Theleman.  She is also survived by her brother, Leonard “Butch” (Josephine) Balch; two nieces, Cathy Smith, Cindy Balch; one nephew, Sam Balch; kind and caring friend, Tom Contrera, and her beloved dog, Chloe.  Amy was a retired IBM employee and member of its Quarter Century Club. Private services will be held by the family.
