Eddie W. Maslin, 78, of Whitney Point as of December 10, 2023 has a new forwarding address, 3 Trinity Circle, Heaven. He was predeceased by his parents, Andy and Beatrice Maslin; brother, Andy Maslin Jr. and daughter-in-law, Debbie. Eddie is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Carol; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Katie Maslin; son, Marcus Maslin; son, Brent Maslin; son and daughter-in-law, Kent and Kristine Maslin; daughter and son-in-law, Talitha and Benjamin Johnston; son and daughter-in-law, Eddie J. and Julia Maslin; grandchildren, Kerrie, Mandie, Asher, Matthew, Luke, Nicholas, Shannon, Jenna, Grace, Ethan, Patrick and Piper; as well as grandchildren, Emma (Caleb), Evan and Holden and their mother, Lynnette; sister, Burneeda Ward; sister and brother-in-law, Regina and Ed Welch. Reverend Eddie W. Maslin was an employee of Whitney Point Central School District for many years. Upon his retirement he was known as “Mr. Shelldon” at Shelldon’s Produce ETC. He also served on the Whitney Point School Board as well as continuing to serve the Lord as a reverend throughout the community. Although Eddie has moved feel free to visit any time, the gates are always open. Friends of the family may come for a time of food and fellowship from 3:00pm to 5:00pm Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the Lisle Christian Fellowship Church, 2081 River St, Lisle, NY 13797 right off of Route 79.
