John R. Markle

John R. Markle, 69, of Walton, passed away on Monday May 4, 2015 at Robinson Terrace Adult Home in Stamford. He was predeceased by wife, Margo; father, Richard Markle; and stepfather and mother, Harold and Martha Whitmarsh. John is survived by son, John Markle, Jr. (Rose Middlebrooks); brother and sister-in-law, Floyd and Judi Whitmarsh; sister, Cindy Lum; and several nieces and nephews; specials friends, Chris and Tammy Brundege. John enjoyed listening to older country music and watching movies including his two favorite, Driving Miss Daisy and You Got Mail. A Celebration of his life will be held Saturday May 16, 2015 at the Smithville Fire Department from 10am-1pm. Private interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester, New Hampshire.
